Jeanette holds a Masters in Business Administration. She is an experienced mediator with over 200 hours of mediation training, including elder care, foreclosure, workplace, divorce and advanced mediation techniques. Jeanette is also a mediation trainer at University of Nevada Reno Extended Studies.

 Jeanette has a private mediation practice and also serves on court mediation panels. She volunteers at the Neighborhood Meditation Center and the Nevada Dispute Resolution Coalition and enjoys speaking to groups whenever she can about the benefits of mediation as a conflict resolution tool.


     Britt Young lives in Deerfield, Il, near Chicago, with her husband, Rob, of 14 years and their three children.  Having just moved from Georgia, she is registered with the GA Supreme Court as a civil and domestic neutral, with additional training in Domestic Violence. She is also a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Georgia and plans to pursue licensure in Illinois.

This past year, Britt worked as a Therapist for Focus Counseling and Training in Woodstock, GA and plans to look for work as a Therapist in Deerfield.  After becoming fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Illinois, Britt plans to start her own mediation company with an emphasis on high conflict divorce and Parent Coordination, for which she has also been trained.
